Small business owners apply through Business Boost and economic development organizations apply through Project Restore 2.0.

Maryland Department of Service and Civic Innovation Announce Applications are Live for the First-in-the-Nation Maryland Corps/Service Year Option Program
This program, which begins on September 11, 2024 and ends in Summer 2025, provides full-time service opportunities to Marylanders of all ages. For their service, they receive $15/hour, professional development, mentoring and more. Additionally, those who successfully complete the program receive a $6,000 Program Completion Award in the form of a contribution to a Maryland 529 Account or cash stipend.
