This funding is designed to support organizations that help employers design, launch, and scale apprenticeship programs. Industry associations, community colleges, workforce boards, apprenticeship sponsors, and nonprofit organizations should apply. Target sectors include Finance & Insurance, Healthcare, IT/Information, Professional & Technical Services, Public Administration, and Education.

Speed limits will be reduced and fines for violations will be increased. Additionally, the Town of Ocean City has enacted Resolution 2025-10, which designates specific dates for enhanced paid parking rates and penalties during special events.

The Maryland Tourism Development Board (MTDB) is developing its 2026–2031 Strategic Plan and requests your participation as a key industry stakeholder. The MTDB's mission is to stimulate Maryland's tourism economy, working with the Maryland Office of Tourism Development (OTD) to market and develop the state as a premier destination. Your perspective on what is working and what is not is essential. Please take 10 minutes to complete this confidential survey. Responses will be collected and analyzed in aggregate by Coraggio Group.

The U.S. Supreme Court’s decision striking down the tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) has opened the door for many U.S. small businesses and importers to seek refunds. We urge effected members to update their CBP importer record (Form 5106) — using their own email, not your broker's, create an ACE Portal account (setup takes 3–4 weeks), enroll in ACH Refund — required for electronic deposits, and check with your broker if any entries fall into exceptions (liquidated entries, drawback claims, open protests, AD/CVD entries).
