The Mission Forward: A Nonprofit Leadership Series is designed for nonprofit professionals at every level, from team members to executive leaders. Thanks to our generous Presenting Sponsors, Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore and United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore, lunch will be provided at no cost for the first 20 registered attendees. The July 23 topic is Volunteer Management: The Art and Science of Herding Cats.

This fun event supports the YPs' fundraising efforts for the annual Christmas Spirit Campaign, which helps to give back to children in need in our community during the holidays. Enjoy live music, raffles and prizes, photos with Santa, and food & cash bar.

July 17 Deadline • The State of Maryland invites you to participate in the Maryland Business AI Benchmark Survey
We are primarily seeking responses from business owners, CEOs, and other C-suite leaders. This statewide effort seeks to understand better how Maryland business leaders are approaching artificial intelligence (AI), including current adoption, perceptions, priorities, opportunities, and challenges. Whether or not your organization currently uses AI, your perspective is important. It will help inform state programs, workforce development strategies, business resources, and policy initiatives designed to support Maryland's business community.
