The Eastern Shore Leadership Institute Offers a Young Leaders Development Series
A three-session series for leadership training aimed at young businesspeople will kick off on August 19. These 90-minute programs offer young leaders key leadership skills needed in today’s workforce. The topics of this initial series focus on managing workforce stress, improving AI knowledge, and the essentials of giving and receiving feedback on the job.
