March into Spring in Southern Delaware!
The arrival of spring is an exciting time in Southern Delaware, and perhaps the best place to greet the new season is Delaware Botanic Gardens (DBG)! DBG opens the garden gates for their eighth season on Thursday, March 19. Spring bulbs are making their colorful entrance! Regular hours will be 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays. The DBG is 37-acres of nature and wildlife, featuring the 2-acre Piet Oudolf Meadow Garden. There is also a 12-acre woodland with a mile-and-a half walking trail leading the Pepper Creek shoreline. Lots to see at DBG! The gardens are just 35 minutes from the beaches in Dagsboro.Visit their website here To learn more about Spring in Southern Delaware, click here!
