Enjoy sparkly, sea-breezy July in Southern Delaware!
Thanks to the summer sun, 26 miles of Atlantic Ocean beaches and many more miles of scenic inland bays, rivers, and waterways, 4th of July celebrations that light up our nighttime skies, and an entertainment calendar full to bursting, Southern Delaware sparkles and sizzles this month!
July is positively packed with summer fun including July 4th celebrations, beach bonfires, bandstand performances, farmers markets nearly every day of the week, tons of activities and events, guided tours on land and on the water, and so much more. Of course, there are always great sightseeing opportunities and hikes - including beachcombing walks - awaiting you.
Visit our five incredible state parks or enjoy paddles on sparkling bays and waterways, and tax-free shopping in our downtowns and outlet centers. There's always history to be had in our many museums and you'll find scads of arts and entertainment along with the best dining in the Mid-Atlantic along our Culinary Coast™!
